Most recently we have completed construction
on the Emerald Isle Hotel. The Hotel has 16 rooms: 8 two
bedroom suites with a living and dining room, bath, and
full kitchen, and 8 efficiencies with a modern hotel room
setup but including a full bath and kitchenette. The hotel
also has a conference room, downstairs and upstairs lobby,
and a tower containing the entry on the ground level and
an office above with views overlooking the harbor.

This project involved a complete renovation
and reconstruction of the smaller previous hotel which was
on the site, as well as the addition of an equally sized
new wing and connecting lobbies, public areas, and conference
room. We are confident that the Emerald Isle Hotel provides
the nicest, newest rooms and accommodations on Beaver Island!
Other recent commercial projects have included:
- addition to the Peaine Township Hall
- additon to the Beaver Island Transfer Station
- work on the East Side Fire Station
- the Gregg Fellowship Center at the Beaver Island Christian Church
