Most recently we have completed construction on the Emerald Isle Hotel. The Hotel has 16 rooms: 8 two bedroom suites with a living and dining room, bath, and full kitchen, and 8 efficiencies with a modern hotel room setup but including a full bath and kitchenette. The hotel also has a conference room, downstairs and upstairs lobby, and a tower containing the entry on the ground level and an office above with views overlooking the harbor. This project involved both a complete renovation and reconstruction of the smaller previous hotel which was on the site, as well as the addition of an equally sized new wing and connecting lobbies and public areas. We are confident that the Emerald Isle Hotel provides the nicest, newest rooms and accommodations on Beaver Island right now.
